Organic cotton string with a knot to ensure safe and easy tampon removal. joni tampons are wrapped in Natureflex biodegradable wrapper made from cellulose derived from wood pulp sourced from responsibly managed forests. The wrapper is BPI and TUV certified for compostability in standard conditions. joni use's 5% from all sales to support menstrual equity initiatives.

Comfort, Confidence & Zero Waste!
Trying the Joni Regular Organic Non-Applicator Tampons was a game-changer for me. I was a bit unsure about using a non-applicator tampon at first, but with clean hands and a little patience, it was actually easy to use. What really stood out was the absorbency — they handled my regular flow effortlessly and even better than my usual brand. I felt totally confident wearing them out and about!
I also love that they’re certified organic, toxin-free, and contain absolutely no plastic. The plant-based wrapper is compostable, which makes me feel good about reducing waste with every cycle. Plus, they’re Health Canada and FDA approved, so I know I’m using something safe.

More absorbent
As someone who usually uses applicator tampons, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Joni’s digital tampons were honestly so easy to use. The curved tip really helps with smooth insertion, and they’re made with 100% certified organic cotton — no synthetics or chemicals touching your body!
What really stood out to me? They’re more absorbent than my usual brand, and I felt confident and comfortable wearing them all day. đż
Bonus points for sustainability: the biodegradable wrapper is made from responsibly sourced wood pulp and is fully compostable. đ And Joni gives back 5% of all sales to support menstrual equity across Canada — love that.

Organic tampons just make sense!!
Knowing what goes inside my body is so important! That’s why my mind can be at ease knowing these are completely organic and environmentally friendly without the use of plastic applicators. These are widely available on Well.ca, in-store at London Drugs, some Costco locations, and Whole Foods in Canada. A proud Canadian Company!

Pretty Good Tampons!
I like using tampons when I am on my period rather than pads. However, I have trouble finding tampons that are very comfortable and sustainable until now. The Joni tampons are very comfortable to use and don’t cause any leakage, even on my heaviest days. They are very portable as well with minimal plastic which is ideal for sustainability.

Tampons were soft and well packaged. I do feel like the flow indicated matched my expectations and how full it would get or not. Only downside: the box might not be the most practical to store them in, but I love knowing something I keep in my body is organic and healthy for me!

NO LEAKS!
I used this tampon for my 8 hour work day and I only had to change 2 times and both times I did not leak. That says a lot because i've had to change about 3-4 times with other competitive brand tampons. I highly recommend!!

Carbon footprint print reduced and chemical free
There are so many things to love about this company/product.
First off these tampons were super easy to insert and yes these are tampons that don't get inserted with an applicator attached which honestly felt fine going in and I love that there isn't a plastic applicator to waste afterwards. These tampons are 100% organic cotton, chemical and fragrance free! Honestly I feel like so many products now contain so much waste and chemicals in them that I worry as to what I'm putting into my own body at times so this gave me a piece of mind. Much thought was put into this product to even the wrapper being plant-based plastic and compostable/biodegradable.
The absorbency was true to its claim and felt comfortable throughout the hours using it. It was easy to take out afterwards and not uncomfortable which I find that other tampons do tend to cause a little discomfort when taking out in comparison.
Overall I was very impressed with this product from its safe, chemical free ingredients to its mission on reducing carbon footprint which each cycle.
