Directions:

Preparation of clay paste from powdered clay:

Put the necessary amount of clay in a glass, wooden or earthenware container.
Mix the clay with water (preferably spring or floral water)
Let stand for a few moments
If necessary, add water or clay
Homogenize the dough using a wooden spatula (do not stir too much)
The dough is ready to use

Face Mask (normal and oily skin)

Apply a thick layer to the face and neck
avoid the eye and lip area
Leave to act for 10 to 15 minutes (never let the clay dry)
Remove the mask with lukewarm water
Dry, then apply moisturizer

Plaster and poultice

Apply a 2 to 3 cm layer directly on the skin or in the center of a very thin line, the corners of which you will fold back
Hold in place with a bandage
Leave to act for 2 to 3 hours (never let the clay dry)
After use, throw away the clay and rinse the skin with lukewarm water)

Pour 1 to 2 teaspoons into a glass of spring water or preferably distilled water.

Use water only
