I also have used arnica tablets don't work nearly as well as this does when I need it to. It's not perfect all the time but find most times it does relieve low ends of muscle pain naturally. I have pain because of type 2 and fibromyalgia and sometimes I can't hack the sheer amount of painkillers I am on high or low levels so with tylenol extra strength it evens the pain out to tolerable levels for me. Might not be the same for everyone.

For my dogs
I have been using these tablets for years on my dogs. They have long, low, heavy bodies and I am hoping they will help keep their spine stable. So far (4 yrs in) they seemed to have helped.

I am using this product in the long term, on my two Basset Hounds. I want their backs to stay stable thru their senior years. They have been on it 4 yrs now, so far, so good.
