The very best Keto creamer
I started IF / Keto a few months ago and this was the recommended MCT product for my coffee, it is the best one I have ever tried. It blends into the beverage very smooth, I add another small amount of regular cream and have the perfect cup of coffee.

Extra Creamy and No Aftertaste
I was surprised how creamy this is! Much more than any other MCT powder I have ever tried. It dissolved very easily and has zero off-putting/chemically aftertaste! This is the closest thing I have found that taste like 18% coffee cream.

Hurt my stomach
I thought I'd like this as I love the Mct powder by Sproos. This not so much... it contains milk so if you have a milk sensitivity don't get it
