Sisu Only Minerals is a High Quality Multimineral Supplement
This is a well thought out formulation. In my opinion, 2 or 3 capsules daily may be adequate for many folks. The product does not contain a large amount of calcium, so for some people additional separate calcium (and vitamin D) supplementation may be appropriate, subject to professional guidance. The glass bottle and metal cap are suited for recycling, but I would not order this product to be shipped in the same box with other glass bottled products.
