Tastes great and relaxing
Lovely, soothing, relaxing tea. Both rooibos and l-theanine are supposed to help reduce stress. I don't love the taste of rooibos but this is the best-tasting rooibos I have found. The lemon flavour is really nice. This tea helps me wind down and it has helped me get to sleep on some nights. I plan to buy a third box soon.
