Affresh Dishwasher Cleaner is specially formulated to help remove limescale and mineral build-up that can be unsightly and could affect your dishwasher's performance.
Directions: Use once a month for best results
Caution: Harmful if swallowed. Causes eye irritation. Precautionary Statement: Avoid touching tablet directly.
- Each tablet is designed to clean inside your machine while your detergent cleans your dishes.
Sodium carbonate, aka washing soda or soda ash. Sodium bisulfate, a pH adjuster and descaler Citric Acid, a pH adjuster to help the cleansers work more effectively. Youll also find this ingredient in sodas, juice and candies, especially sour-flavored ones. Polyethylene glycol, a processing aid to help maintain the tablet and disperse ingredients. Sodium benzoate, another processing aid Sodium gluconate, a third processing aid Sodium polyacrylate co-polymer, a water softener that helps the ingredients work on tough residue, including from hard water. Sodium acetate, a buffer that helps bind the ingredients into tablet form.

I am so amazed at how excellen...
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I am so amazed at how excellent affresh worked on my dishwasher. I used to pull the inside of the dishwasher apart to clean it. I had to pull out the racks really reach in it was an absolute nightmare. Now all I do is put 1 afresh dishwasher tablet in where I normally put my cleaner and the inside looks brand new! 1 tablet once a month is all it takes to have a beautifully running dishwasher. No more spots or gunk on my dishware and it couldn't get any easier to use. Afresh dishwasher tablets are a godsend that I will never do without again. Highly recommended

Seemed to clean the dishwasher...
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Seemed to clean the dishwasher well. The dishwasher seemed to work better after using it. There was no nasty smell after use, and didn't cause any residue on the dishes on loads after we used it. I haven't seen it in stores so I am unsure if it's affordable or not, but for a sample it was nice to try it and see how well it works. Depending on the cost compared to similar products depends on if I will purchase this to use regularly or not. The portion of the sample was sufficient for a sample. We were able to use it in our dishwasher once which seemed to be all our dishwasher needed.

Usually we just use detergent...
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Usually we just use detergent for dishwasher and never tried dishwasher cleaners before. And after been doing that for 2yrs, our dishes started smelling like wet dog which is disgusting. No matter how clean we prepared the dirty dishes before putting in dishwasher or how hard/often we cleaned the dishwasher, the smell was still there. Once I got this sample I was excited to try and see the difference. Omg you’re gonna love it! My dishes have no smell at all so we are very happy about this product and will keep buying this from now on :) more importantly it’s septic-friendly as our home is on septic system. :)

This was great and did an absolutely amazing job at cleaning my dishwasher, especially all the mineral deposits that built up and odour as well as we had not cleaned the dishwasher for quite a while and the water stains buidl up over time to give it a smoky residue like stain over time. This literally takes care of everything in one wash itself.
It can be used with the dishes inside too, but I kept the dishwasher empty. I highly recommed Affresh as a high quality brand and maginificent product that does the job and fulfills expectations above and beyond what's needed.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have only used this once. I did not have a smelly dishwasher but decided to purchase this product as a precaution. The stainless interior of my dishwasher was left particularly sparkly after using this product. One caution. If anything, it may work too well for your dishes. Although the product says you can use it in a loaded dishwasher, you should proceed with caution. I ran my favorite PYREX measuring cup in the cycle and it came out bare....all the painted measurements had been WASHED OFF! Everything was very clean, too clean in the case of the measuring cup!

Dishwashers are pretty gross,...
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Dishwashers are pretty gross, and one of those things that no one thinks to clean very often. I’m always pretty particular about rinsing all my dishes pretty well before they go in, but it still gets residue and crud. The tablets are super easy to use and it definitely freshens it up and has made an improvement for us. I like that you get a whole package rather than just one or two of them, because it’s something I will buy once or twice a year and have them when I need them. It’s great to to be able to set it just like washing the dishes, and then come back to it being clean without having to scrub and put in extra work.

I tried afresh while doing a l...
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I tried afresh while doing a load of dishes so i placed it on the bottom of my dishwasher. My dishwasher is fairly new but it did have a buildup of limescale on the bottom of the door and i noted the buildup was still there after using affresh (see pic). I understand this product also cleans the hoses, drain and valves but i can’t rate based on that as the dishwasher works fine cleaning dishes to begin with. I can imagine this will help extend the life of a dishwasher however as it will keep the parts free from mineral buildup and in good working order.
