Align Matcha Ceremonial Matcha

Directions: 

1 teaspoon (15ml) 1 teaspoon Align Ceremonial Matcha
2 ounces hot water (around 175°F / 80°C)
6 ounces milk (dairy or plant-based) or just use 8 oz of water
1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

How to Make It:

1. Sift the matcha into your mug to avoid clumps.
2. Add hot water and whisk briskly in a zig-zag motion until frothy and smooth.
3. Heat your milk, froth if you like, and pour it slowly into the matcha.
4. Sweeten to taste, stir gently, and take that first quiet sip.
