I love the liquid form of taking this first thing in the morning. I have definitely noticed more of a calmness with stress and a reduce of anxiety, I bought two this time cause it's so good!

Switched from sublingual tablets due to every product having artificial sweeteners as an ingredient. Quite pleasant taste.
