Allows me to eat bread again!
I found the perfect bread machine recipe for a low carb bread that actually looks, feels and tastes like the old breads I used to eat. Anthony's Organic Oat Fiber is one of the ingredients that allows me to do this. I love it and the quality is exemplary.
