Quality product.
Before Covid this product was recommended to be taken in combination with several other vitamins. To day neither my husband nor I have contacted Covid. This is despite the fact that my immune system is greatly compromised due to dealing with cancer treatments during the present and COVID period.

My first time ordering this type of vitamin B12 (dissolves under the tongue). It is easy to take, no weird taste or chalkiness. Seems to give me a boost of energy. I take it once a week. Good price when it's on sale.
