Directions: Adults 19 years and older: Use the scoop provided and take 1 scoop 2 times per day.

If you experience sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness and/or confusion, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner (as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar). Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heart beat and/or difficulty breathing. Known Adverse Reactions: Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. May cause temporary gas and/or bloating.
