Terrible smell - supposed to be "barely scented"
Such a waste of money, terrible disappointment. I bought this specifically because it is supposed to "bare, au naturel." This is untrue. It us an overpowering, terrible cheap perfume smell. It is unusable. Maybe some people like that, but Batiste should label this honestly as a heavily fragrance product. It is especially disgusting on your hands when you touch your hair because then the perfume is clinging to your fingertips. The smell stays with you
all day. The questuon is - How can I get my money back?

Disgusting Scent- You've been warned!
I wish I could give this no stars honestly. If you're in any way sensitive to scents (or have a nose that's functioning normal), this stuff has the WORST and most INTENSE cheap perfume smell ever. I bought this thinking it would be a more mild version of the original batiste which I honestly don't mind. Don't fall for words like "bare" and "lightly scented", this stuff smells absolutely toxic. I put it on and all my roommates ran to open the windows. One of them said the smell was so intense it affected the taste of his food he was eating at the time. I had to jump in the shower and shampoo twice and somehow I can still smell it! I am dumping the entire bottle in the garbage. TBH, I did read the reviews that warned of this, but of course I thought, "well it can't be that bad" wrong, wrong, wrong. Don't do it. Seriously.

Not that bad
I'm also sensitive to scents--almost none of my products are scented and I go far out of my way to achieve this--but I just don't think this smells as bad as some reviews are saying. It's fine. It does have a scent, and if you're used to unscented products then the scent is strong, but it's relatively inoffensive and doesn't linger. Within 30 mins I can't smell my hair at all unless I've sprayed right on my hairline. Keep in mind that dry shampoo is supposed to be used sparingly and at the roots, so if they're your roots you shouldn't really be able to smell them.

Strong fragrance
I’ve used other batiste dry shampoos in the past and had to give some away because of the strong fragrance, so I was so happy to see this one! It’s definitely lighter than the other ones, but it’s still VERY strong. Not light at all.

Lighter Scent, Keeps Hair Fresh
This is a great dry shampoo and a good price point. The only thing that sometimes works against you is the white-ish residue that settles if spray on too much. I haven't been able to find the "Bare" scent anywhere for a long time and Well.ca finally restocked it. The scent is definitely more lightweight than the other Batiste dry shampoos. I would recommend this specific one (I am quite sensitive to scents but this one isn't too bad).

Can someone please make an unscented dry shampoo. I hate all these scents and cannot used them at all, Please. Dove used to have an unscented til that brand got recalled. So I have been unable to find and unscented own the at I am able to use. Please and thank you.
