Good Warranty
We bought these for my twins starting JK in purple and pink. The purple one had the clasp break off within 5-6 months. I found my receipt in my email from well.ca and registered both lunch boxes online. Then I was able to put through a warranty request (5 year warranty on the lunch boxes!) and they were super quick to ship me a new one. The clasps on the replacement look much better than the first one, we’ll see how they hold up this fall. The pink one had an issue where it would just pop open. We had to use a thick elastic to keep it closed. Finally put through the warranty and had a new one within days.
It sucks that there are so many issues with a $60 lunchbox. I expected more. But I’m really happy with the 5 year warranty and how quickly replacements are provided.

Horrible quality. Didn't make it through 4 weeks of day camp.
I'm hoping to get my money back. The components seemed of good quality, but the hinges are cheap flimsy things - one snapped off completely as I opened it, gently, one morning getting ready for the day. So now the whole thing is useless garbage. I purchased it in time for a few weeks of summer camp, for practice before school this fall. Now I have to find another container solution, this one is useless. What a waste!

Clasps keep opening
Bought it a year ago and the clasps were always tricky and now they keep popping open on their own (even after hand washing it the entire time). Not happy after spending $60+ on this!

Great lunch box
Bought 2 of these last year for my sons. They lasted the entire school year no problem and plan on using them again this year! Unfortunately my son lost one of the bonus containers which was disappointing as it was nice to have that to add another compartment

Great Lunch Box for Kindergarten
I bought this lunch box for my 4 year old. It has lots of room and different compartments which makes packing her lunch really easy. It’s easy for her to open and close. Easy to clean, no funky smells or stains. My only concern is that one of the hinges broke within a couple of months of using it and one of the latches broke shortly after. However, I contacted Bentgo and they have a new one on the way. Overall great lunch box and I will likely buy another one when my son starts school.

Sturdy clasps, doesn’t leak
Great lunchbox! It doesn’t leak and holds quite a bit of food. I have had it for over a year now and haven’t had any issues with the clasps opening. They’re very sturdy.
