Before first use: Gently pull the bottle nipple in all directions and carefully inspect it for any signs of weakness or damage. Always sterilize new bottle nipples before first use.
Replacement: Check bottle nipples regularly, replacing them every 4-6 weeks or at the first sign of damage or weakness.
Cleaning: Silicone bottle nipples can be sterilized via the microwave method: Confirm that your microwave settings are 800W (or equivalent) and that the water temperature is 100C / 212аF. Place the bottle nipples in a microwave-safe sterilization box (like a BIBS pacifier box) and fill it with water. Microwave for 60 seconds. Allow the box to cool before removing the nipples.
