Liquid Iron is used to help maintain healthy physiological iron stores. This non-constipating citrate form of iron has been blended with Vitamin B12 and folic acid in a pleasant-tasting vanilla flavoured liquid.

My naturopath originally recommended this product to help with iron deficiency anemia. I've tried numerous other forms (ie: liquids/syrups, tablets, capsules) and had problems with all of them - plus they didn't work well enough to actually raise my levels. This is the most gentle and bioavailable form of iron out there! They were also really smart and paired it with complimentary vitamins in the mix. I would highly recommend this product! It's probably worthy of 10-stars!

Regret purchasing this. Well.ca website does not list full ingredients. It's loaded with like sugar, colouring and flavouring, Potassium sorbate, Sodium benzoate. Waste of money.

Great tasting. Hard to find except here
This brand is hard to find. It is top quality and it tastes good. Most liquid iron does not. I will continue to buy it here.
