The select sun-ripened berries from the tops of the pepper bushes, have been picked and graded to ensure only the best are packed. Regarded as Tellicherry peppercorns, they are the premium quality peppercorns and contain a more complex flavour and fiery burn.

My favourite
My son left these behind after a family picnic years ago. Tried to find them through an internet search. So happy that Well stocks these. These are the best! The flavour is incredible for rubs. Certainly bold but not too hot when you find the right amount for your taste. Much better than my former favourite of tri colour peppercorns.

I'm a fan of bold peppercorns.
I love spicy, and extra bold in everything I make so this was a natural choice for me when I ran out of my regular peppercorns. Extra bold peppercorns are very difficult to find in my city so thank you to Well for making it a no brainer for me.
