Do your research
I ordered enough of these prenatal pills to last me the year only to have my naturopath recommend another brand, which I bought. My suggestion would be to do your research extensively because prenatal vitamins are such an important part of ensuring your baby’s health, and your own, during pregnancy. You may choose Centrum, or you may choose another brand. But don’t just pick blindly.
As a side note, I want to point out that many reviews point to this brand being the “only one” that doesn’t give them stomach ache. Ok, 1 or 2 reviews like that is fine, but there are so many redundant reviews that I am starting to find them suspicious.

Wonderful
I was taking these before conception, got pregnant and my doctor gave me a prescription for Pregvit. On day 16 on pregvit my body would basically reject the morning pill 35-45 minutes later without fail. No matter what I tried; eating first then waiting 2 hours, taking it with juice, taking it with dry toast. Nothing worked and I felt awful. I switched back to centrum and I haven't had an issue since. The pills are large but they have the exact amount of iron that Health Canada recommends for pregnant people. Pregvit is WAY over the recommended dose. Both my dr and I think the iron content is why I was feeling sick and why my symptoms disappeared after I stopped taking Pregvit.

Love these
I’m using these for my second pregnancy and they have never caused any issues with nausea for me (as long as I take them in the evening with a meal). A great prenatal vitamin!
