I tried these in my search to expand my Canadian snack rotation. They are quite crispy, but a little thick for my liking. I don't love kettle cooked chips, as I do find them a little hard and greasy, and these are consistent with other kettle cooked chips in that regard. The flavour was good, and the small crinkle cut was a nice texture to grab flavour. If you like kettle cooked chips you will likely enjoy these.
