At the first sign of a headache or migraine, apply this powerful blend at the temples, at the base of the skull or "draw" over the scalp. (protective symbols, hearts, happy faces, what have you...) You can simply inhale the aroma if you don't want to wear it. The warming and cooling effect of the oils freezes throbbing and pain, reduces tension and nausea and has been proven to reduce severity and duration of headaches. Perfect size to toss in your bag or pocket. 

A word of caution: This is a pure blend and is very strong. Avoid sensitive skin and eye areas. If product causes irritation, do not rinse with water (this will make it absorb quicker) instead, use a fat based oil such as olive or coconut and gently massage into area then wipe with a cloth. Repeat as needed. Also works great to increase the scent of your bubu bag, simply dab on the corners of the bag after heating.
