Noxious fumes from
Horrendous chemical smell won’t go away
We made the mistake of using this product and our whole house reeks of extreme chemical and fragrance, it’s absolutely nauseating and toxic. We’ve run four rinse cycles with vinegar so far and it’s barely made a dent in it. There are so many complaints online from people who took weeks to months to get rid of the smell and say it even made their dishware and food taste of chemicals. We will have to hand wash for now as opening the machine floods the house with fumes again. I have asthma and am disabled so this is a big burden to add to my daily life, not to mention a health hazard. I cannot believe this product is legal.

Best Dishwasher Cleaner Out There!!!
I used this when the dishwasher would smell. Even with sanitation with a full load, the dishwasher still had an odour. I bought this and just wanted to try to clean up hidden areas, not knowing it would clear up odours as well. Even with dirty dishes left in the dishwasher before starting the load, the dishwasher still smells clean as the product leaves a scent behind for about 27 days! Highly recommend. Just make sure the incoming water is hot enough. I use “pots and pans extreme sanitize,” getting the water about 70*C, ideally sufficient to melt the wax! No issues ever, my to-go dishwasher cleaner!!!

does not work as designed
Does not work as designed by following the instructions on the packaging. Have to manually poke the wax out of the lid because running it through the dishwasher on the highest heat setting multiple times would not melt the wax seal to release the liquid. Message boards online indicate many people having the same issue with the product and the only solution seems to be to poke holes in the wax seal. The product works fine once the liquid can be dispensed.

It really cleans well
I was a bit reluctant due to some reviews but I decided to give a try and it really works!
I tested a batch of dirty dishes right after using the Dishwasher cleaner (I used the Normal mode on my Samsung) and it's like when I used the dishwasher for the first time: Well cleaned!
Important note for those who suffer hard water residue: It cleans it pretty well, even from the plastic pieces!

Extremely disappointed in packaging practices!!!
I have previously purchased and they were packaged like laundry pods loosely in a box. NOW they are all individually wrapped in plastic. What is wrong with you that this is acceptable in 2024? Will not purchase again. Climate change needs better leadership!

Almost the worst product ever..
I started using this monthly after buying a new Bosch dishwasher.. Now I get severe migraine headaches for a day after using it because of the strong chemical smell. Any one else having this issue? Will you develop a scent free cleaner?

Great Product!
Have been using for several years now....the 1st day of the month is
clean the dishwasher day! It does a wonderful job of cleaning and we use
it as preventive measure to keep our dishwasher in topnotch condition!

Dis Cleaner
I like this product. It is very easy to use and it cleans the dishwasher good enough so it doesn't need a deep clean yet! The scent is very pleasant and not overpowering. Just pop it in and turn on the dishwasher.
