Neither a pad nor an ice pack - don’t waste your money
As an ice pack, the Frida Mom Ice Maxi pad is a 2/10. As a postpartum pad, it’s a 0/10. The design is bulky and puts pressure on the body when you sit down. Incredibly uncomfortable after delivery. Save your money and instead opt for adult diapers postpartum and use a generic hot/cold pack. I’ll be seeking a refund.
