Recommended Use: For a daily source of probiotics to strengthen a woman's gut flora and support vaginal and immune system health.
Recommended Dosage: Adults and Adolescents ≥ 13 years: Take 1 capsule, 1-2 times per day with food. If you are on antibiotics, take Advanced Gut Health Probiotic Women’s DAILY at least 2-3 hours before or after.
Caution: If you have nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhoea or severe abdominal pain, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Ordering a second box now.
I've been taking these for only nine days, but I feel better. I regularly have UTI symptoms and have been having some upset tummy stuff going on too since being on antibiotics for a UTI almost a month ago. I'm not good at taking pills, and this one is not teeny, but I've managed to swallow it every time. I'm ordering another box now that I know I'm capable of swallowing them and that my system has gotten back to "normal" since I've been on them. I think it was maybe Day 5 when I realized I felt good/normal again.
