I take it in my coffee everymorning. It has positively affected the aches and pains of joints as we get older and the bonus is softer nails and softer hair. Just under half a scoop is enough to to what I need it to do

Must try - it works!
This collegen dissolves well and does not have a strong after taste. I use this daily - stir it into coffee or use in a smoothie. Have seen noticeable health benefits (skin, nails, joints) after using for several months.
