We brush our teeth
I started using this on my son shortly after he was born. He is so use to it now at 11 months he opens his mouth and us usually happy about it we sing a song while we brush to keep him calm when there is off days. He will nibble on it but doesn't bite when he's teething (he has bite in the past but it's the sharpness of the teeth is covered so it's kind of like when a baby with no teeth tries to bite you finger just with a little more staying power). I think it just feels good on the gums. I went out and bought an extra as I find they are small and can get lost quickly. I wash them with my dishes and I have put them in the sterilizer numerous times without any issues.

Nice and soft!
We purchased earlier than the recommended age because we use it to apply baby oragel onto his sore gums and it prevents the numbing gel from just sliding around. Will use as intended as well but we recommend during the teething stage too. They love to gum your finger with this on as well (it must feel good). I like that it comes with 2 as well as a case to keep it clean.
