It has been over two decades since Kashi introduced the idea of Kashi* Seven Whole Grains and Sesame Breakfast Pilaf to the world. Guided by the belief that everyone has the power to make healthful changes, our whole grain mix grew in popularity and eventually was being served to Athletes at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics.
