true Japanese matcha
Ordered this and the summer harvest matcha to compare. I found this matcha to be a very green matcha with a milder (no bitterness) flavour. This is matcha best prepared just with water since milk or other add ins mask its mild flavour but it is so delicious and gentle, dissolving very nicely and being a pleasant green colour.
