Directions of Use:
- Wet your hair thoroughly in the shower.
- Mix bottle 1 and 2 together, shake gently and apply all over.
- Wait 10-20 minutes, depending on the result you want, then rinse thoroughly.
- Shampoo and condition as usual.

Worked better with this hack!
I’ve been using the Crystal Quartz for a year now, because with COVID, never got to the hairdresser. I’ve let my greys grow out, but my hair needed a boost. So I’ve used it following the instructions to a tee. Was good. Got compliments from friends. THEN…I used it on DRY hair, then washed out as per instructions. Wowzers. Shine was amazing! I will be doing this hack every time now, as I really loved the shine. I’ve got naturally curly hair, and this product tames the frizz.

So disappointed
I bought this product sitting around unused/unopened for over a year as I was having regular hair appointments, but with covid, it was time to break it out! There was no expiry on the box that I could find, but I can't understand why my results were so poor. The smell was just straight chemicals and my wavy to curly hair is no shinier after the 20 min treatment than it was before. As I was washing it out of my hair it felt SO DRY. I had to double up on my conditioner to feel back to normal. So bizarre. I wanted to try the colored version but I don't think I'll risk it.

I only highlight my hair every couple of years, so I’ve been looking for a shine dye to add some dimension to my hair in between. I ordered 2 boxes, the first I used according to the instructions (on wet hair) and found that my results were OK. The second I used 6 week later before I showered (on dry hair) and WOW. Shine for dayssss. So many compliments on my hair, and the peroxide in the dye gave some subtle life back to my old highlights. Will be buying every few months!

I applied this to my dark brown, untreated hair (no chemical or colour processing) for 20 minutes and then followed the rinse instructions. Sadly, my hair is no shinier than it was before. Application was easy (a typical hair dye squeeze bottle) but the formula smelled a bit like plastic, and for no results, I wouldn't waste my money!

This product worked pretty well on my medium legth, dark brown, color treated hair. Ive had bleach blond hair for a few years. Recently I went back to my more natural shade of dark brown. Needless to say, my hair was quite dry and dull. After one use, I've noticed more shine in my hair. It was also easier to brush. I'd most likely buy this again to apply between colorings. Overall, decent product, but would try pigmented next time.

This product did nothing for my hair. For reference, I have medium-fine hair that has not been previously treated or dyed. The product scent didn't disappear until washing my hair a second, separate time a few days after initially using this product and shampooing it out.

Okay
I bought this product and used it last week. I would say my hair has a slight shine to it, but not what I was expecting. By day two without rewashing hair is duller and greys are very visible. It definitely looks brighter right out of the shower, but it doesn’t last.

I tried the Kristin Ess - Pigment Free Hair Gloss & Disappointed!
I tried the Kristin Ess - Pigment Free (clear) Hair Gloss (On Blonde highlighted hair) and, honestly was a little disappointed! Feel so bad for saying that. I will try the Platinum one next time. But, wouldn't get clear again.
