The label says "Keto Friendly", I'm not sure how they define "Keto Friendly" but they are nearly 50% carbs, mostly sugar.

Delicious!
These are so yummy! They are tiny, so it’s easy to control your portions. Unfortunately, they are so good it would be easy to still eat the whole bag. Definitely will be buying these again!
