Made my hot flashes and sleeps so much better.
I went from using Harmony's Day/Night formula to Menopause Max when my symptoms graduated from night sweats to the addition of hot flashes throughout the day. After a couple weeks of taking it 2x a day, my symptoms were so much better I actually wondered for awhile if I was just done with perimenopause. My night sweats were greatly reduced (even in summer) and almost never had hot flashes anymore for a good year - such a relief.

Definitely helps with frequency and severity of hot flashes. Need to keep taking for effectiveness to be optimal.
