Easy on the stomach
Too many multivitamins I have tried make my stomach feel queezy for a while after taking, but these go down easily with no yucky tummy feeling. I love these, worth the price.

Seem to be boosting my energy levels
I've tried many different vitamins and these seem to have a positive effect on my overall mood. Dont love the "flavour" but you just swallow so it doesn't really matter.
