The only organic Thai paste I can find
I agree this paste is hot, usually we use less than the recommended amount but I do like a good kick and at least the flavour is good as well.

Very good, authentic flavour
This red curry paste is very good, and tastes surprisingly authentic given that it has no shrimp paste or fish sauce. Yes, it's hot, but not crazy, and one can simply adjust to taste and dilute with coconut milk.
