M'Lord Fish & Chip Vinegar

This Old English Fish & Chip vinegar is made with 100% malt vinegar, pure and simple. This classic British condiment is best known for its pairing with traditional Fish & Chips, however, due its acidic, yet slightly sweet flavor profile it lends itself wonderfully to savory foods as well as desserts. Wonderful in salads, marinades, in an aioli sauce, it has notes of caramel and lemon with a slightly nutty taste.
