Whole original Natural Calm promotes sleep thorough natural relaxation, Calmful Sleep was developed specifically for those times we need extra sleep support. It features Natural Calm along with rest-promoting magnesium glycinate, suntheanine (a patented premium form of the relaxing amino acid L-theanine), calm-enhancing GABA (a non-protein amino acid) and melatonin, which helps the body ease into restful sleep.
Directions: Adults, at bedtime, add 1-2 teaspoons (2-4 grams) to hot or warm water, stir until completely dissolved. Individual needs may vary. Start with a smaller dose and increase up to 2 tsp (4 grams), as needed.
Contains no yeast, dairy, egg, soy, wheat, sugar, fructose, starch, preservatives or artificial colour or flavour.

Works Well
This is my second bottle of this product and I find it is very effective for helping me get to sleep! I typically DETEST "berry" flavors, but this product is not too sweet (it's quite tangy) and tastes like a really yummy sour candy. My only complaint is the amount of product that comes in the container. The large container that you receive is typically less than half full, which seems like a tremendous waste of plastic.

Excellent to help you sleep
I have been using this for a few months and now my husband wants one every night. We both have demanding jobs and getting to sleep is challenging, but not with this.
Totally recommend this products.
Has a big fruity smell and taste fruity too, feels like a treat before bed.

Steep Price for 1/4 of the Container
Taste is good and dissolves nicely. However, I was shocked at how empty the container was when I opened it. It’s only about 1/4 full. Difficult to get a good photo as powder is white and so is the container. I would definitely order again if I thought I wasn’t being ripped off as product does taste nice for what it is.

huge waste of money
Giant container with barely 1/3 product. I couldn't even get my teaspoon down to the powder. I should have read the ingredient list more carefully, all of the 'useful' ingredients are available quite inexpensively. On top of all of that, this made no difference to my insomnia. Clearly, it works well for many people, but not at all for me.

Works great!
This really helps me get to sleep fast and stay asleep and I don't feel drowsy in the a.m. I use almost daily and rarely need more then 1/2 tsp. I do put it in chamomile tea with lemon. I've bought many bottles and the last jar I received was actually in a smaller/more user friendly container (re: other reviews that noted the huge bottle it used to come in). I hope they keep using the smaller container.

The container is unnecessarily long and narrow I cannot reach the powder with my teaspoon.

Works Well But Expensive And Sweet
I agree with others that it's a bit of a rip-off since the container is only filled a quarter of the way. It’s also overly sweet. I could only manage half the recommended dose because it felt like my teeth were rotting. That said, it does help me relax enough to fall asleep at night, so it is effective. However, it's just too expensive for such a small amount. As much as I think it works, the price is hard to justify.
