Good Product But Does Not Dissolve Completely
I recently purchased this dishwasher soap and it was packed into a plastic bag, no tin. The product works well to clean dishes. However, the powder does not fully dissolve in the dispenser, and half gets stuck in it. I use the supplied little measuring spoon and do not overfill the dispenser. The dispenser is not old and work perfectly with the more coarse Finish or Cascade powder. A few times, the dispenser did not even pop open, and dishes were not properly washed. I think that moisture must get inside the plastic pouch, and it would not stay dry as it would in a sealed tin canister, or the powder is too fine.

I live Nellies products! I have eliminated harsh chemicals and toxins from our home, and these products do an excellent job of cleaning without the chemicals!

Suds in the bottom
I love Nellie's products, especially the laundry detergent, which is why I thought I would love this just as much. Nellie's uses a 1 tbsp. for a full sized dishwasher, but we only have a countertop dishwasher and accidentally used a full tbsp. because that's how much we generally need for other detergents. Since then, I have run 4 different washes with 4 different amounts of detergent (1 tbsp in dispenser, 1/2 tbsp. in dispenser, 1 tsp. in dispenser, 1/2 tsp. pre-wash + 1/2 tsp. in dispenser) and had suds at the bottom of the machine every time. Next wash will be 3/4, then 1/2 tsp, and so on. Hopefully I will eventually hit the magic amount, because I really want to like this product, but I don't like using all that extra water to run a rinse cycle after a wash cycle. I would recommend this product for someone with a full sized dishwasher.

Another great Nellie’s product
The only dishwasher detergent I use now. I like to use the nuggets once in a while (easier for the husband - less mess). Wish Well.ca had them available as well.

Leaves glasses cloudy
I liked it at first but now I find it leaves a film on all my glasses and doesn’t seem to clean the dishes that well. I like that is a more natural option but it just doesn’t do a good job

Just tried this for the first time. Didn't know how it would work but it did the job! Dissolved well and got my dishes all cleaned (my dishwasher had been having trouble with pods not dissolving). Will purchase again!
