I am autoimmune and am unable to eat gluten or grains other than a bit of white rice very occasionally. I absolutely love Otto's cassava flour. I use it daily to make tortilla's, dumplings, thicken sauces, pancakes etc. I tried another brand of Cassava flour and this is far superior. Recently my husband has started eating a gluten free diet as well. He thinks that everything made with this flour is delicious! I highly recommend this brand!

I can't believe you're carrying this product! It's indeed very hard to find. I've only used it for tortillas and pancakes. So far so good: my husband does not eat gluten free but agrees that these pancakes are just as good as the wheat flour ones. My friend tried this flour for muffins but they didn't raise and "puff" good. There's quite a bit of testing still to do to really enjoy the possibilities of cassava flour...

This product is truly amazing if your trying to avoid gluten. I make my own tortilla's every time with this cassava flour. It took a little practice, but now I'm a pro!

Best Cassava Flour!
I used other cassava flour and it was gritty and resulted in disappointing baking. Ottos is completely different! Worth a few more dollars for great flour!
