Pascoe Pascoflair is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a sleep aid (in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to mental stress).

Ingredients: Dry Extract (5-7:1) Of Passiflora Incarnata L. 425 Mg (Passionflower), Equivalent To 2.125g – 2.975g Aerial Parts.
Extractant: Ethanol 50% (V/V)
Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.

Natural sleep help
I bought this product suggested to me by my Naturopath ... so helpful in "turning off your brain" if caught before you get too far. Taking it before you want to go to sleep (~10-15 mins prior and make sure you're ready for bed!) will allow you a restful and quick slumber.

My go-to for stress and restless nights
This product was recommended by my naturopath and works really well. It helps me get through stressful periods and also works well to help me sleep when I can't seem to shut down at night. I always make sure I have some on me in case I need it.

Calm Sleep
I replace melatonin with these. Melatonin made me break out into an incredible itch. It took me a long time to figure out why I wanted to scratch my scalp off! Then I discovered these. They calm my busy mind, letting me sleep peacefully.
