I’m a new vegetarian (6 months now) and taking a daily multivitamin was highly recommended. I’ve used Platinum Naturals products in the past and have never been disappointed. Remember to eat something when taking these pills. I made the mistake of not and it made me feel nauseous. Whether you are a vegetarian, vegan or not, multivitamins are essential if you aren’t eating a well balanced meal :)
