Excellent quality and flavour. On the 'tuna spectrum,' it's closer to high-end restaurant tuna steak than deli tuna salad. It seems more expensive than other brands, but actually, this is how much tuna should cost: Tuna isn't the 'chicken of the sea' or a limitless resource, and over-fishing tuna has been disastrous for our ocean ecosystems. We should pay for and treat tuna like what it really is: an occasional treat to splurge on, not a ubiquitous staple.
