Salonpas 12 Hour is labeled for the temporary relief of mild to moderate pain associated with arthritis, sprains, bruises and simple backache. Provides effective relief for up to 12 hours and contains two powerful pain fighting ingredients, menthol and methyl salicylate.
Directions: Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Clean and dry affected area. Remove patch from backing film and apply to skin. Apply 1 patch to affected area not more than twice daily. Patch may be left in place for up to 8 to 12 hours. Some individuals may not experience pain relief until several hours after applying the patch. If pain lasts after using the first patch, a second patch may be applied for up to another 8 to 12 hours. Hands should be washed after applying or removing patch. How to apply 1 Peel the center film. 2 Place on affected area. 3 Slide the film backward. 4 Slide the other film forward.
Warning: Not recommended for individuals under 12 years of age.
Do not use for more than 7 days in a row. If condition worsens or if symptoms persist, or clear up and occur again within a few days, discontinue use and consult a physician. Do not use any patch from a pouch that has been open for 14 or more days.- Effective Relief that lasts up to 12 hours
