Best tasting gluten free crackers yet.
I agree with some reviews who complained about how easily these crumbled. It's true that they can't even come shipped with them all in one piece, so easily do they crumble. And even biting into one has it crumbling, making a mess of crumbs behind. I however overlook this because of their great tastes and how well they go with cheese slices. I simply place a tea towel on my lap when eating them and use the crumbled ones in soup. If they could be made to retain their shape while retaining their flavor I would call them perfect.

Love these crackers!!! They taste just like regular saltines!!! I can't live without them!!!
They even taste great crushed up in place of bread crumbs! I use them in my meatloaf recipe, and in my lemon crusted salmon recipe. They are a QUICK & DELICIOUS alternative to using breadcrumbs, great in soup, and even good for just putting butter on, and snacking on too!

Finally an excellent cracker for soup!
We decided to try these recently and we were not disappointed. Really enjoy the texture and flavour. I’m glad we tried them. Now we keep it in stock all the time. Perfect for soup! Wish we tried them sooner. But the packaging didn’t appeal to us initially, but don’t let that stop you. The cracker is well worth it on the inside.

Will not buy these agains
These crackers are very fragile and crumble when you try to tear open the plastic wrapping that holds several crackers each. They taste extremely bland, almost like baking soda and flour, and that is it. They are too flimsy to hold much on them. When I tried to spread hummus, they just fell apart.

Buy lots of these
Wow. Our new favourite cracker. We don't even mind that they're just a tad too salty. It adds to the charm. These things don't make me miss regular saltines at all, either for eating or for cooking. In fact, they taste like an upscale version of the old mouth dryer. Love them.

I love these crackers…as a snack or in my soup! Best GF crackers I have found yet. I miss eating regular soda crackers. These Schar crackers are the closest to regular soda crackers I have found!
