Simply Desserts natural Strawberry Flavour instant pudding is keto friendly and sugar free!
Serving: pour into serving dish and allow to stand for 5 minutes. For delicious hot pudding – heat in microwave for 30 seconds. Can also be used as a filling when mixed with cream/non-dairy cream.
Instructions:

Okay, so this is disgusting. It says it uses natural flavour but it sure tastes artificial--even medicinal. The colour is so bright it's off-putting and adds to the inedible impression. It even smells gross. The one sort of good thing I can say is it does have a smooth texture and thickens up, so hopefully the other flavours won't taste like drinking the cleanser for an endoscopy.

Not worth it!
The artificial strawberry flavour and the sugar-free sweetener combination is terrible. All it taste like it’s strawberry flavoured penicillin. I would not recommend the strawberry flavour.

Simply delish garbage
Disgusting ate 1 spoon and barfed made me sick
For days please do not buy the jello or the pudding it’s so disgusting If I was don’t buy it it will make you regret spending your money and you’ll be sick worst brand not worth the hassle or milk and please for the love of don’t eat the jello disgusting I would I give it a 0 if I could

Love it, for other uses.
So, while I agree it’s not great as a “pudding”, it’s DELICIOUS added into plain yogurt. It “stiffens” the yogurt, nice to dip fruit into too! I’ve tried all the flavours and highly recommend for those with a sweet tooth without the sugar
