I’ve been wearing Snore Guard now for over a month and I’ve been told my loud snoring has ended. The first week of use I experienced mild throat rawness due to the new path of air made by Snore Guard’s middle opening. However I’ve not had soreness since. Two thing I recommend for new users: wear lip balm, and keep a glass of water close by. Your mouth will be quite dry due to the newly experienced air flow. Snore Guard works. There is some getting used to, but for me, the minor inconveniences are well worth it.

Stops my snoring and saves my marriage
I’ve been using Snore Guard for over 10 years now and it does work. I also grind my teeth at night so it doubles as a mouth guard. There are some nights where it is not as effective if I’m really exhausted from a long day or if I have a lot of sinus congestion. My only complaint is that my teeth and jaw are sometimes sore after wearing it all night.
