Carrot Cake/Muffin - Stellar Eats - Not what I was looking for.
I really wanted to have a go to product like this due to food allergies to eggs, wheat etc.
I followed the instructions using plain almond milk, avocado oil and egg replacement. I mixed everything and tried the batter… initially yummy then something bitter and not right. Ok, baked as muffins in the oven. When done, tried one of the carrot cake muffins and that funny test is there. I do not know what it is but left a very bitter unpleasant after taste.
Sad about this. Was it the dates or coconut flour or tapioca flour??
