The dispenser is awful
The dispenser is a flat mound, like a deodorant dispenser. I get it all over my eye, and eyelashes. I do not like it at all. I prefer the pointed tip, for a more precise application, and I don’t waste so much trying to put it in my eye. With the thicker gels, the solution dries on my eyelashes, and then in the morning I can’t open my eyes, and it feels like stones in between my eyelashes, that turns to dust. I have filtered water and tiny cloth I use as an eye wipe that I have beside my bed, and at my desk, so I can wipe the stones off my eyelashes, I really love and appreciate the product, just not the applicator. And know you have to wipe down your eyes regularly. In the dry rooms, it dries up quickly. Will go back to the other pointed tip product.

Great product but poor dispenser
I agree with previous review regarding the dispenser releasing a big glob of eye drops so that it ends up in my eyelashes and running down my face. Annoying and wasteful. I will return to bottle with the more pointed cap as I didn't have this issue with that dispenser type. The drops do a nice job lubricating the eyes.

New Dispenser Tip Sucks
The new flat-top dispenser in the multi packs is just horrible. You need to squeeze the bottle quite hard to try and get even a single drop. Then you have to wait for the solution to drop. When it finally does, you receive an excessive amount of solution which runs down my cheeks entering my nose and mouth. I'll stick to the single pack with the original dispenser which works great.

Good product, horrible dispenser.
Love the product, but the dispenser is totally useless. Every squeeze dispenses three drops. I will find a different brand.

I love these eye drops. I switched from a more expensive brand as this one preservative free. I went from needing two drops, three times a day, to one drop in each eye in the morning only.
I have no issues using the dropper. It dispenses one drop at a time and works perfectly for me.

Great product. Works very well for my dry eyes and for a good price. Better than the one my optometrist recommended and for a third of the price. Like the consistency (not too thick) and the wider applicator. Very happy with this product.
