All tea formulations are created by their founder, Certified Tea Sommelier & Herbalist. Sheena began blending her own tea blends in 2013 to support her health goals, as her busy career in hospitality led her to surviving off of 5-6 cups of coffee per day, which fuelled her existing anxiety, insomnia, and digestion challenges.
