Hasn't worked for me
Does not provide support to ankle, though wearing it reminds me to be mindful of my ankle. I had to get in touch with 3M to find out how to put it on, as there were no instructions or diagrams included (the photos of the foot inside it do not help, as the wrap is black and it's impossible to see details). I also find that it is 'baggy' around the sides of my heel
