Love this Senna tea, it works
Love this Tea, it works 100% for me, I have IBS-C this is the only product I found that relieves my constipation, it is gentle, no cramping. The first night it worked in a couple hours, just be aware of this, after that I go every morning, I drink 8 to 16 oz of water first thing in the morning to get things moving. I take a cup of this Senna tea every night before bed. I have been using it for almost a year now, so very happy I found this product, it works.

What a Mover!

Cramping and intense pain
I used this thinking it would be a nice laxative and I would wake up and have a good bowel movement....how wrong I was. It started working within an hour and I was extremely uncomfortable. It definitely cleared me out alot but I definitely think they need to put a warning that it could have quick effect and cause intense cramping!!!
