Soft texture, great taste!
I bought this because of Manuka honey's well-known medicinal properties. I love that this product also has ginger. It's a bit sweet, so I add it to hot lemon water, especially when I start to feel a tickle in my throat.

I love these lozenges! I take it before I give a class, when I walk, as a "dessert" to have a sweet taste without getting fat, and fennel (here ginger) helps digestion.
