Carlos Salinas, the President & Founder of Xochitl comes from a family that began making Chipotle salsa more than 90 years ago.  Xochitl's products follow traditional Aztec and Mayan recipes, and include an added twist to bring you the flavors you'll come to love. They use ancient methods of cooking and mixing vegetables and spices to create delicious chips. What started off as a family tradition has now evolved into a thriving business of small batch, quality and delicious foods.
